Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping Blush products. In the event you feel that a particular Blush product you’ve purchased doesn’t perform the way you want to expect, please let us know. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, or other service fees) upon the receipt of the remaining unused Blush product within 30 days from the purchase date.
We unfortunately cannot receive returns on overly (more than ¼) used products or products that are not purchased through Blushwellness.com.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Trial & Subscription Terms
You can manage your trial and subscriptions in you account area HERE. In order to receive a refund, all products that you wish to be refunded for must be refunded if they have already left our fulfillment center.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders sent to fulfillment for dispatch within 24 hours after order is placed.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Standard Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days and Domestic Express Shipping 1-3 days.
Any order placed by noon will be shipped our same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders over $40 receive free shipping.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Blush is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We ask our customers to contact us as soon as possible if an order has been delivered damaged or incorrect. If you have received your Blush order and it’s incorrect or damaged beyond practical use, please email us at [email protected] and include a photo of the damage and incorrect products.
Product quality issues must be reported within 7 business days to be eligible for credit or refund. Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of Blush and Blush reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive or it appears our policy is being manipulated or abused.
To return items to Blushwellness.com, please follow these three easy steps:
- Send an email to support [at] blushwellness.com with your order number (if you don’t have it, please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
- All return packages must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL and should be mailed to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-7 business days after return is received for your account to be credited. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
