Thank you for shopping Blush products. In the event you feel that a particular Blush product you’ve purchased doesn’t perform the way you want to expect, please let us know. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, or other service fees) upon the receipt of the remaining unused Blush product within 30 days from the purchase date.*

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Sale / Discounted Items

*Refunds are not available on sale items discountet 50% or greater.

Trial & Subscription Terms

Shipping and handling charges for trial orders are non refundable.

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order is confirmed. Our logistics systems are automated and order changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of orders. Once your order is confirmed and an order confirmation email is sent, we are unable to cancel the order. However, we are happy to begin the return process for you so that you can return the order and receive a full refund.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and customers will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost. Please allow 2-7 business days after return is received for your account to be credited. We will send you a confirmation by email. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders sent to fulfillment for dispatch within 24 hours after order is placed. 

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Standard Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days and Domestic Express Shipping 1-3 days.

Due to extremely high demand and Covid-19, orders are taking longer than usual. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order.

Orders over $40 receive free shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Blush is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect/Damaged Orders

We ask our customers to contact us as soon as possible if an order has been delivered damaged or incorrect. If you have received your Blush order and it’s incorrect or damaged beyond practical use, please email us at and include a photo of the damage and incorrect products.

Product quality issues must be reported within 7 business days to be eligible for credit or refund. Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of Blush and Blush reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive or it appears our policy is being manipulated or abused.


USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. We cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! (Read our Terms of Use)


To return items to, please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Send an email to support [at] with your order number (if you don’t have it, please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
  3. All return packages must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL and should be mailed to:
